community foundation awards 2011
This years award winners were announced at a pre-dinner function at the 2011 Community Foundations Forum, Mantra on Salt, Kingscliff, NSW.
ACP Chairman, Sue Charlton presented the two awards and also a belated 2010 award to Derrick Ehmke.
The Hall of Fame award for Excellence and Outstanding Achievements in development of Australian Community Foundations was presented to Hon Alan Brown.
The New Achievers Award, for outstanding contribution and achievement in developing their community foundation, recipient was announced by Sue Charlton as Mark Oliphant. Mark was unable to be present and the award was accepted on his behalf by Anita Grantham from Fleurieu Community Foundation on his behalf.
Back on the Fleurieu, Director Anita Grantham surprised Mark Oliphant at their recent Board meeting by presenting him with his ACP 2011 New Achievers Award, for outstanding contribution and achievement in developing their community foundation.
